Does PRCS provide to Government Facilities?
PRCS was awarded a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract (FSS# V797P-7226A) in 2009 to provide professional staffing services to federal healthcare facilities, including Veterans' Affairs, Indian Health Service hospitals, and Department of Defense facilities.

What types of screening has PRCS completed on employees that I may use?
With over 3 decades of medical staffing experience, PRCS has a solid track record of being committed to excellence. In keeping with JCAHO standards, PRCS has a stellar and very comprehensive Quality Assurance Program, which includes all required reference, credential, license, health, and background screenings.

PRCS was awarded the Gold Seal of Approval through the Joint Commission’s Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Certification Program in May 2010. This symbol of quality demonstrates our dedication to the highest performance standards and level of service, and represents our commitment to our employees, our patients, and our partners in healthcare. In addition, various external organizations conduct regular audits to evaluate PRCS employee files. PRCS has consistently scored exceptionally well on all audits.

How quickly can I access PRCS’ help?
PRCS’ team is available to you 24/7, 365 days a year, with a PRCS staff member available at all times to help you. Our local per diem division can provide healthcare professionals within a moment’s notice and PRCS travelers can be mobilized within a day or two, to start an assignment and hit the ground running!

If I request a traveler, what can I expect from PRCS?
First, a PRCS Healthcare Manager will get a clear understanding of your individual and specific need, including the clinical skills, experience and attributes desired.

Next, the PRCS recruiting team searches our database for the perfect match! Several complete candidate profiles, which meet the requirements, will be sent to the appropriate contact. PRCS profiles include a comprehensive work history, skills checklist and assessment, credential & license verifications, and completed references. We strongly encourage our facilities to be actively involved in the candidate selection, therefore, we welcome direct interviews with our candidates.

Then, once a candidate is selected, the PRCS travel team gets to work to mobilize the traveler. And finally, a complete JCAHO HR file is sent to your facility prior to the traveler starting the assignment. This file includes all necessary credential, health, and background documentation.
